Mango box

What's in the box

Each box carries mangoes from Apna Bagheecha's harvest, packed for families who want fruit they can trust: ripe or close-to-ripe, naturally grown, and ripened without carbide or artificial shortcuts.

Final box size, price, and harvest quantity are still pending. We prefer to share only confirmed details rather than overpromise.

Seasonal varieties

Mangoes from our bagheecha

These are the known varieties in our bagheecha catalog. Mahagun availability still depends on harvest readiness, so only confirmed varieties will be announced for a specific sale.

Confirmed Mahagun varieties will be shared closer to the harvest. The catalog below shows actual varieties we have recorded for Apna Bagheecha.

Not every variety is available every week.

Why Apna Bagheecha

Why these mangoes feel different

Apna Bagheecha is not an anonymous mango seller. It is a real family orchard revived with patience, care, and respect for the land.

Our mangoes are grown in Basi Bangar, Uttar Pradesh, in the fertile Gangetic belt. They are handled with care, ripened without chemical shortcuts, and shared directly with trusted neighbourhood communities.

Our Bagheecha

A bagheecha brought back to life

Apna Bagheecha is rooted in the lifelong love of nature of Mr. S.A.A. Abbasi, a retired civil servant who returned to the soil after retirement.

In Basi Bangar, Uttar Pradesh, he began reviving a family orchard with patience and care. For him, mangoes are not just fruit. They are memories of childhood summers, family, shade, mitti, and the joy of aam eaten close to where it grew.

Today, Apna Bagheecha shares that same feeling with families who want mangoes they can trust.

"The best mangoes are not rushed. They are grown, ripened, and shared with care."

Storage

How to keep your mangoes happy at home

Naturally ripened mangoes continue to change after they reach you. A little care at home helps you enjoy them at their best.

Room temp

If your mangoes are close-to-ripe

Keep them at room temperature. Check them daily for aroma and softness.

Ripe fruit

Once they are ripe

Eat them soon for the best taste. You can refrigerate ripe mangoes to slow further ripening.

Avoid

Avoid

Do not keep ripe mangoes sealed in plastic for long. Mangoes need a little breathing room.

Check

Best check

A ripe mango usually feels slightly soft and smells sweet near the stem.

Natural variation is normal.

Real fruit is not identical

Naturally ripened mangoes may vary in size, colour, softness, aroma, and small surface marks. That is part of real fruit grown and ripened with care.

We do not try to make every mango look identical. We focus on honest fruit, careful handling, and clear communication.

Size and shape

Orchard fruit can be uneven because it is not factory-sorted for identical looks.

Colour and marks

Skin colour and small surface marks can vary without changing the care behind the fruit.

Softness and aroma

Ripeness develops at home, so check each mango by feel and aroma before cutting.
